Where we deliver
Anywhere in South Africa, via Aramex. Please give us a full and accurate delivery address when you order.
Delivery cost
Shipping is R100.00 per order, regardless of item count. Delivery is free on orders over R800.00.
How ordering works
Choose your items on the order page and enter your delivery address. You then pay securely online through Yoco. Your order is packed once payment is confirmed, and we send you your Aramex tracking details on WhatsApp.
If something isn't right
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order with your name, order details and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you.
Unopened, unused items
You may return unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please message us first so we can arrange the return. Return shipping is at your cost, and refunds are paid once we have received and checked the item.
Opened or used items
Many Velvet Key products are personal-care, cosmetic or consumable items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened, used or worn items back for change-of-mind reasons. This includes powders, skincare, candles, lingerie and shapewear once unsealed or worn.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
